Update from Chairman – David Durbin I would like to take this opportunity to thank you all for your support this year and I hope you feel able to continue or renew your membership for next year. It was your support that enabled us to raise the £19k to help the Club through its financial difficulties. There is no change in the joining fee as it remains at £15 and as usual all members go into a monthly draw to win prizes of greater value than the joining fee. Your continued membership is a vital part of our fundraising for the Squadbuilder fund. You can do this by visiting our website Faxtrust.org or at any of our stalls/events during the coming year. On the subject of fundraising we recently held a raffle which was drawn live at the Whitehaven game. This is still available to watch on our Facebook page. However, it seems that not everyone has seen it and therefore here is the list of the winners: 1. Ticket number 0753 - Wayne Rafferty - 2 nights at Bowers Mill 2. Ticket 1600 - A Westwood - Match day Experience 3. Ticket. 1704 - P. Haggerty - Afternoon tea at Harvey’s 4. Ticket. 0627 - G Clayton - 1.5 litre Brandy 5. Finally, as this is our last newsletter for the year, I would like to take the opportunity to wish you all a very happy Christmas, and a healthy and prosperous New Year.
